Wealth Creation and Wealth Management

Most of our industry's efforts are focussed on Wealth Management as this is the safer, longer term portion of each individual's plan.  This generally constitutes the bulk of an individual's investment portfolio and thus garners the most attention.

The other aspect of investing is Wealth Creation which can be a more highly speculative basket of investments that can yield higher returns and more excitement.  These investments are generally in junior early-stage companies that have not matured into dividend paying entities.  The higher risk nature of these investments takes more care as the probability of success is lessened.

Our deep experience in various investment strategies has a rich (pun intended) history in these types of investments.  If you have any questions regarding any of the following types of investments, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Initial Public Offering - IPOs
Private Placement - Brokered or Non-Brokered
Pre-IPO offering - private company
CPC Capital Pool Company - junior shell company
SPAC Special Purpose Acquisition Company - large cap shell company
Short Form Offering - small prospectus financing
Convertible Debenture Offering - debt with a coupon that is convertible into equity

There are multiple industries that these investments can encompass.  Our focus is:

Technology - software, e-sports, artificial intelligence, crypto currency

Mining - gold, silver, copper, lithium

Energy - oil, natural gas, electricity

Healthcare - cannabis, biotech

Most Wealth Creation strategies are limited to Accredited Investors.  Only public offerings by nature of filing a full prospectus (like an IPO) are available to everyone.  Here is the definition of an Accredited Investor in British Columbia:

An accredited investor commonly satisfies at least one of the following:

Net annual income of $200,000 or $300,000 when combined with spouse

Holding over $1,000,000 in cash & securities

Having Net Assets of $5,000,000 or more
